the premium room was spacious it provided ample space for luggage. i appreciated the proximity to the 212 shopping mall a short walk away. the hotel also has a chinese restaurant attached it offered a convenient takeaway option.

i was really impressed with the prompt check-in (mahmut was super efficient) and the helpfulness of deriz with our luggage. the hotel was clean. i found it very convenient to have taxis available right outside.
during my stay, the telephones in the room did not work, difficult to contact hotel services. the food selection at the restaurant was very limited. i also found that no menus were available in the room for reference.

the premium room included very comfortable beds and effective soundproofing. it featured a smart tv, easy to use. great wifi. the apartment had two air conditioning units, which allowed us to adjust the temperature separately.

the location offers immediate access to taxis, made getting around simple. it allowed quick travel to medical facilities. i found proximity to clinics convenient, especially given the main clientele seemed to be business travelers.

the staff provided really good service. several employees spoke good english. yilmaz at the restaurant was helpful. the front desk staff including sinan was kind (the whole team impressed me).

The suite, oh MAN, it was HUGE! I stayed in a beautiful suite and the space was amazing. Breakfast had so many options. I really stuffed myself daily. the hotel also had quick access to taxis, so getting around was easy.
The outdoor pool area needed some tlc. It was not as tidy as I expected it to be. It NEEDS attention.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. Everything was well maintained, and it was very comfortable for resting after full days of activities (especially the comfortable bed!).
