convenient location super staff good breakfast clean rooms
i found the location very convenient near both a metro station and a tram station. the staff offered super assistance. the breakfast had very good options and the rooms were super clean and cozy. i also appreciated the proximity to various transportation options, simplifying my travels.
the pool required purchasing a swim cap for a small fee, which i found slightly inconvenient.

the hotel features a pool, also a spa area that includes a sauna. i noted the availability of an on-site hamam . there is also a gym available with basic equipment.

thin walls hot tub
the hotel's location near public transport was acceptable for getting around the city quickly.
the room i was assigned overlooked a less than appealing area at the rear of the building i did not find it pleasant i also noted the walls were thin this resulted in poor sleep due to noise from other guests a repair issue was also present as the hot tub was out of order

food variety amazing breakfast early cleaning poor cleaning
The breakfast WAs amazing. I especially liked the wide variety of food they had. The staff were very friendly. Yousif, Daut, rashied and rony were very attentive.
The cleaners came very early. They came around 8 AM to clean and WERE very loud. They knocked on the door even with the 'do not disturb' sign. The cleaning was poorly done in one of our two rooms.
