a slightly underwhelming experience

worn carpetitemised invoice
The third-floor carpet was worn, also the walls were scuffed. It lacked a fresh feel. there was a charge for flowers on the invoice, though they were never delivered. A small oversight corrected with a refund, but still annoying. a more detailed invoice would prevent similar issues. I prefer clarity. the whole stay felt a bit... meh. I'd expected more attention to detail.
