The merlin bar , despite its beautiful setting , was a complete DISASTER. Waitstaff seemed preoccupied and wandered around like zombies. After waiting 15 minutes , I ordered at the bar myself , like everyone else. I wondered what management does , I found the hotel director should visit 5-star hotels elsewhere to see the standard.

easy accessattentive servicecomfortable roomsrelaxing environment
i found the resort easy to reach and enjoyed the variety of restaurants and available activities i especially appreciated the attentive service at the olive tree restaurant and rafters the staff made our dining experiences special and nice. the location is convenient with easy access to cardiff i found it a great benefit for exploring the surrounding areas. the comfortable and tidy rooms provided a relaxing environment for our getaway. i consider the resort a superb value especially given the enjoyable weekend we had in april.

the resort superior double balcony featured a spacious layout the bed provided good comfort for restful sleep the room had two separate sinks ensuring convenience. the balcony had outdoor furniture.

staff demonstrated excellent service upon arrival with a cute attitude they promptly addressed questions and provided helpful directions. the restaurant staff were attentive during meals ensuring all needs were met. i felt valued and well-cared-for throughout the duration of my stay.
