The bed was comfortable.
I found the room too warm because I could not adjust the thermostat. The breakfast service was slow and the order was wrong. There were many cigarette butts near the pool. This felt unclean for a supposed five-star hotel.

the grounds were maintained well and the outdoor shallow pool was acceptable.
The breakfast service was slow. I waited quite a while for coffee and toast (i noticed others had similar experiences). the waiter even held my coffee cup by the rim. it hardly seemed like a 5-star experience.

I found SOME issues . the shower temperature was inconsistent. It kept switching from hot to cold. also, the breakfast service was particularly slow, and a few mornings, items i ordered never arrived. the long delays and shower issues were quite frustrating.

lovely stay

spacious roomheated poollimited staff
i enjoyed the spacious room i had, and the wide bathtub was a great bonus it was perfect. the heated outdoor pool was amazing it was the perfect temperature and i spent a lot of time there.
i noticed there were not many staff members around the reception area and during breakfast service. this sometimes made it difficult to get assistance quickly or to have requests addressed promptly it could be better.
