the gym offers plenty of equipment for a full workout, and i thought the waterfall area was a good addition. breakfast featured a delicious variety of options, and the staff were indeed very kind. i found the rooms spacious and the bed very comfortable, i had the best sleeps.

i noticed a small amount of build-up on the walls near the waterline in the spa's lazy pool. it was a very minor thing, but i wanted to mention it.

the spa treatments i got with kanchan were really great. she is very knowledgeable and professional. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful also. the room was clean and spacious. i had a good view of the nature reserve.

the hotel did not provide complementary water bottles in the room. i expect this from a five-star hotel. there was no water provided, so i needed to buy some.

The staff were friendly and cute. Olivia at reception and Carol on breakfast service were helpful. The pool facilities were well maintained and clean. I found the spa relaxing after a busy day.

The hotel rooms are starting to look shabby and dated. Carpets were worn and fixtures were very dated. The soundproofing room to room is really bad. I could hear every slam of wardrobe doors.
