a blissful retreat

i found the restaurants and entertainment options nearby quite convenient. food and shopping being in one place was very helpful. the room had many great facilities for a peaceful stay.
The fire alarm activated twice one morning. It was rather cold, and the heating did not seem to function properly. i requested an electric heater, but i was told only to continue using the existing system, despite its ineffectiveness.

i appreciated the hotel's location inside the resorts world complex. this provided easy access to various restaurants, shops, and entertainment options (the cinema was a plus!). the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and information.
the signage to locate the hotel within the complex was confusing. it took some time to find the designated hotel car park, which caused initial frustration after a long drive.

The on-site facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. i also observed the fitness suite to have treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. There are private entrances for hotel guests.

The staff were really helpful. They stored my belongings since I arrived early. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. It overlooked the eco roof.
Locating the hotel was hard. Signs were confusing and I didn't know the hotel was in the Genting Arena complex. It took some time to find the hotel car park.
