The bar area had a lovely open fire. Bar staff were friendly.
The room was quite small. The bathroom really needed an update. It was not as clean as it could have been. There were hairs on the tiles by the shower. I did pay for a beautiful room.

great family lunchcracked sinkmouldy tiles
The restaurant served a great family lunch one sunday, a highlight.
The room felt quite dated to me, and not in a charming way. The bathroom seemed especially worn, with cracked sink and mouldy tiles that really detracted from the experience. Some of the drawer handles were missing. It reminded me of corners had been cut.

The room's air conditioning was broken. I found no bottled water provided. The heating was on FULL blast. I think THAT is annoying.
