Excellent City Centre Stay

clean roomdelicious breakfastconvenient location
The room was very clean and well kept. It featured a nice view. I found the breakfast delicious with many options available each morning. The hotel's central location made it easy to access the nearby Utilia arena and St David's shopping centre, it was so convenient.
The hotel seemed a bit expensive, though the stay was good.
Facilities

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were well maintained, though the pool area could use a bit more seating. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, all appearing in good condition. A health suite provided additional amenities, like a sauna.

The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from the castle. The hotel is also near an NCP car park. This proximity made access to both attractions and transportation convenient, it was great.

the staff at reception were calm and helpful. i found this acceptable.
i stayed for several nights and i found the air conditioning unit began to leak on our final day. this was concerning because i had young children in the room. also, the pillows provided were of poor quality for ensuring a good night's sleep.

A great stay

Rachel provided an upgrade to a king executive suite. I found treats in the room. This suite had castle views. The lounge access included soft drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks all day. Alcohol and canapés service occurred in the evening.
i found the pool changing rooms to be awful. they were dirty with plasters and tissues on the floor. no towels were available, so i had to use room towels.
Rooms

The room included complimentary toiletries. I had good access to the lounge. I found a tea and coffee maker. I noticed the television had several channels.

The hotel is opposite the castle. i could easily access shops. I confirm a railway station near the hotel. The hotel is central in the city, which proved convenient.
