large roomfriendly staff
The room was very large and clean! I especially enjoyed the countryside views from the balcony. Breakfast offered good value with a large selection of cereals, fruit, and cooked food.
The car park had some very large potholes. It was quite muddy!

my room included air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature. the bed provided good support throughout my entire stay. i also had a balcony offering a private outdoor space. access to the gym with modern equipment was convenient.
The corridors sloped slightly. This was not ideal.

The hotel is near charlestown harbour and mevagissey. Both are lovely places to visit. i found this location to be very convenient! though driving is needed. it allowed easy access to various attractions in the area.

The chef really did a good job on the food, especially the meats and vegetables. The turkey was cooked just right. I also liked how helpful the chef was. His smile.
The room needed some updating. The chairs had stains. I think the whole building needs some work done on it. The service at lunch was not good. You had to go to the bar to order, and there was no way to charge it to your room. It made it hard to split the bill if you were with a group.
