The rooms were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, a definite plus. I found the bedroom room to be very clean ! I plan to visit again in the future.

The lighting in my room was a little dim, I feel that this could be improved slightly though it wasn't a significant issue.

the gym had a good range of equipment i appreciated the pool and jacuzzi. my breakfast was good with a nice selection of items. the hotel grounds were very well maintained it was a lovely setting.

the reception staff seemed a little disinterested on arrival i found this disappointing. the room had no air conditioning and felt stuffy during the night. i was not comfortable leaving the door open because cars were parked nearby.

The Swiss Style Lodge offered ample space and useful amenities. The views from the lodge were beautiful. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It was NICE to have access to these facilities .

The carpet in my room had SOME stains. The television stopped working while I was in the middle of a show, and I could not get it working again. The changing rooms in the spa area were not particularly clean.
