My room had a coffee machine and bottled water. The bed was very comfortable (I slept well!). The breakfast featured homemade granola, a lovely touch.

The location is superb. It is seven minutes from the train station. a car park is also available next door for easy access. i prebooked the car park to get a discount. the staff provided nice service.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. Specifically, there were some black water marks present, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

the bed was quite comfortable.
the bathroom had a bothersome noise, it occurred for about 20 seconds every few minutes during the night. a large gap existed under the door, i heard noises from other guests walking by. also, the door rattled when others closed their doors and when the maid prepared her trolley beginning at 8am.

convenient locationlate checkout
the location is very convenient to the arena.
i paid for late checkout , but housekeeping still entered at 9am when checkout is normally 11am and i paid until 1pm. the reception manager then told me at 11:30 that i was late. this defeated the purpose of the late checkout , which was to rest.

static linelight seepage
The telephone in the room did not function properly. I attempted to call the front desk, but the line was constantly crackled with static was great. This made resolving a billing inquiry quite difficult. the blackout curtains did not fully block out the morning light. I was awakened earlier than expected. The light seepage affected the quality of my rest. I found it not up to par for my requirements.
