the buffet breakfast offered a tasty and great selection of items. the rooms were nice and clean, providing wonderful views. i found plenty of parking available, very convenient (it saved me so much time!).
some shared areas looked to need refurbishment.

the food tasted really natural plus fresh local produce was used which i love. the leisure facilities were excellent i used the gym spa jacuzzi and sauna a lot. i left feeling totally chilled also relaxed it was a good break from home.

the room was very modern plus equipped with essential items. it had a double bed plus a sofa i enjoyed the space it offered. the decor was soothing with modern fixtures.

i had great customer service from a young man at reception also he was very helpful. the staff were always polite so the service was consistently good. the restaurant staff were very accommodating too.

my stay included access to the spa facilities. the breakfast options were excellent with ample choices. the location beside the canal and gardens offered a serene environment. i appreciated that the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed the lighting in some areas of the hotel was somewhat dim.

the swimming pool had clean, clear water. the steam room and jacuzzi provided excellent relaxation options and were well-kept. the gym contained three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for guest use.

the staff greeted guests with a warm welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in process. staff members responded promptly to requests. the team demonstrated excellent communication, especially regarding specific guest preferences. generally, all staff members were polite.
