an lovely coastal retreat
helpful valet parking immaculate beach hut good turndown service
the valet parking was very helpful given the steep descent to the hotel. our beach hut was immaculate, a real credit to the housekeeping team. the turndown service was a good, unexpected touch. i also found the on-site spa to be a lovely experience, offering great relaxation.
i found that the absence of air conditioning in the room made it slightly uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day.

Breakfast offered a great selection of options. the evening meal was delicious, showcasing high-quality ingredients. the wait staff during both breakfast and dinner were consistently excellent. They were attentive and professional.

staff were cute and helpful, they assisted with local area advice. the reception staff, including individuals like bradley, were always helpful and courteous. the team running us to and from the car park were great and nothing was too much trouble.

the location is amazing with amazing sea views from many points. the spa offers excellent treatments and a relaxing environment with a hydrotherapy pool. the hotel provides private spacious rooms with a sea view.

I adored the perfectly smooth check-in. It was really effortless. My family stayed in the Captains Suite. It had two separate rooms. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The selection was good.
I noticed there wasn't an internal telephone in the room.
