hot towel warmerpoor water pressure
The towel warmer in the bathroom nearly burned me. I mean, seriously, who sets those things to inferno mode? they gave me one measly tea bag. I think they assumed I wouldn't notice. Sadly, I did. This cheapness is really not the quality you expect at these prices. The water pressure of the shower was terrible.

The room was clean and large. the pool and steam room were an added bonus. I found them very relaxing. i especially enjoyed sitting and playing some board games while having a drink. The hotel was very festive at christmas.

the staff were excellent. the breakfast was good and the location has plenty of free parking space.
The room was uncomfortably hot, and i requested a fan but was told, "we don't really have any fans. " i found that there isn't an actual reception desk at this hotel. Instead, i had to speak to the bar manager, and he was rude and unhelpful.

The staff was friendly! the location offers easy access to nearby areas. i loved that the breakfast had an excellent buffet and cooked options. It really set the tone for the day.
the wi-fi was slow. but it barely affected my experience.
