great family stay!

i found the facilities were really nice for everyone. the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were highlights. breakfast each morning included a very nice full english or a range of cereals. each afternoon i visited the bistro by the outside pool and enjoyed the food.
the accessibility and disabled parking facilities were not good though the two disabled spaces out front were reserved.

The location was five minutes from the seafront on foot. it was also two minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. parking is provided on site. It is free to hotel customers.

the pool facilities was good, my kids liked it.
the room was way too hot even with the provided fan. it felt quite outdated and not properly clean. the app for parking didn't work, and staff was not helpful about it. i wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out.

I am so grateful for the wonderful stay we had! the on-site parking was free and so convenient. the location really is fantastic. It's just a short walk to the seafront and nearby shops. check-in was easy and our room was ready earlier than expected.
the mugs in the room were quite small.

The staff were always helpful and cute . I found free on-site parking convenient. The location is excellent. It is just a short walk to the seafront. I found MANY activities on-site for ALL ages.

The check-in process was smooth and simple upon arrival. Staff members were excellent. They were readily available to assist. The attendants at the spa pool were really good and valued customer comments. I found staff allergy assistance was offered.
