i checked in quickly and found the staff helpful with directions. the room had modern facilities and a good shower. i also made use of the on site parking that was easily accessible. the charging of my car was managed well by the staff.
I did notice a slight issue with the room makeup service. It could have been more thorough.

The room had a big shower. the staff assisted with on-site parking and car charging. They moved my car from a faulty unit to one that worked (i really appreciated that).

the room was very quiet despite the hotel's proximity to the train station the room had a spacious walk in shower i also got a nespresso coffee machine for the room upon my request it was a pleasant addition to the amenities
i did notice that the room makeup was not quite up to par this issue was not addressed i also found the absence of glasses or cups in the rooms a bit inconvenient

Check-in was quick allowing early access. The staff efficiently sorted out parking and car charging, switching me to a working unit. The room included useful facilities and a modern shower. The bed provided comfort after a long journey.

I stayed in a duplex suite and liked the layout with the parents on the upper floor and the children on the sofa bed downstairs. The room also featured comfortable beds and good distribution of space. An electric car charger was accessible too.

The staff were very attentive helping with our bags from the car. I appreciated Alicia at the front desk who offered super help. The staff tried their best to communicate despite language differences. They were very helpful and pleasant.

The spa includes a pool and steam room. I used the parking which was good. Breakfast was excellent resembling a scandinavian breakfast buffet. It had great variety and ran until noon easing morning schedules.

The parking situation was AWFUL. I had to circle the block several times before I found a spot. Then, the room itself was pretty basic. The air conditioning barely worked. It was AUGUST, so this was a problem.
