excellent hotel!
high ceilingbathroom arrangementrelaxing spa
the high ceiling added a sense of luxury to the room. the bed offered really good comfort. i particularly enjoyed the bathroom arrangement, complete with a vanity table and an excellent shower. the spa provided a relaxing experience and i found the massage amazing.
The air conditioning did not function efficiently . The room temperature remained high. this made it somewhat difficult to cool the room effectively.

Staff offered early check-in and were very friendly. The housekeeping team did an excellent job. i received a welcome drink upon arrival, a glass of champagne, which i appreciated.

The breakfast service had healthy and indulgent choices! I loved the ability to order eggs and specialty coffees a la carte. My Double Room was spacious. It had an interesting design. The shower, toilet, and sink were in a separate area from the soaker tub, sink, and vanity!

i found the room clean. the bed was comfortable and large. the fitness room was nice, it had what i needed. staff were helpful, and gave good restaurant recommendations.
the hotel lacked a bellboy, i had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to reception.

the high ceiling in the room created a feeling of luxury. the bed provided great comfort. i enjoyed the bathroom setup with a vanity table and a great shower.. the spa offered fantastic relaxation, especially the amazing massage. i also extended my stay by another day.
the reception was empty upon arrival, with a sign directing me to another floor. there was no assistance with luggage or escort to my room. this lack of attention fell short of the standards expected.

Really good Stay in the City Center

The breakfast room is like a palace. It is excellent. The beds are large and very comfortable, and the ceilings are high. Staff greeted us efficiently and were always happy to help with everything we needed.
Upon arrival, there was no one to assist with luggage. There was no one available to guide us to our room. This lack of assistance was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is in the heart of the city (it is superb). It is within walking distance of many important monuments. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city and its attractions.

The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Each room has beautiful paintings, and free bottled water is provided. A wall-sized closet provides ample storage space. The bathroom was also very clean.

Underwhelming Stay. Issues with Service and Room

The location was good, fairly close to the parliament building.
The reception area was unattended upon arrival. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. There was no bellboy. The room itself was not as advertised, having a courtyard view instead of the city view promised. It was quite disappointing.

i found the staff to be attentive and helpful , they assisted me more than once. the location of the hotel was perfect. the hotel was very clean and tidy.
i found the air conditioning did not work properly , so i could not get the room to lower from 24 degrees when there were 34 degrees outside. the shower leaked so i asked twice to get it fixed. the breakfast was average and not to a 5 star standard at all.
