adequate but underwhelming

lacking customer service limited restaurant options
the location was acceptable for seeing the sights around the city the hotel is in.
the front desk personnel were factual but seemed to lack a true customer service attitude the doormen opened doors but rarely offered a greeting or assistance the hotel advertises a restaurant but it is only a cafe with limited options.
