The staff promptly changed our room to one with a balcony. I appreciated their helpfulness. the breakfast buffet offered many options, and the pool area was fantastic, providing great fun. the park was also super fun for the children.
the facilities look a little outdated.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel provided a baby crib without extra charges for our child. towels and bed linens were changed regularly, appreciated.

My kids adored the kids club. They had so much fun with the bongo team. the workers at the reception were helpful! the food was excellent, and the environment was clean. there were lots of different activities to keep them busy.
The slides operate on a schedule. It is ridiculous. people must constantly check the timetable to know when each slide opens. this was definitely a frustrating element.

The apartment was spacious i could park the car in front of the building. The aqua world facilities were great the food was very good.
There was no balcony i could not dry my clothes. The bathroom door was glass it did not lock.
