lumpy bed uncomfortable night
The staff were friendly, i guess, and they got me an extra towel when i asked. It was acceptable.
I had a beautiful twin room and one of the beds was noticeably lumpy. I could feel the springs poking through the mattress and it made for a really uncomfortable night. i complained at the front desk but they didn't seem to care much, saying they'd 'look into it' but nothing was fixed . seriously disappointing given the cost of the room.

i found the front desk staff efficient during check-in, i received a welcome drink quickly. my room included a well-stocked mini-bar, i appreciated this convenience. the turndown service was thorough, it refreshed the room each evening.
the in-room coffee machine was a bit difficult to use, i had some trouble figuring it out initially.

My executive suite featured a separate sitting area with comfortable seating. The large windows offered city views. the king-sized bed included high-thread-count linens and a selection of pillows. the bathroom had marble finishes, a deep soaking tub, and premium toiletries.

the hotel is near several shops, rooftop bars and restaurants. shuttle buses run to the buda castle district, this made sightseeing simple.

The hotel boasts a fitness center with modern equipment and personal trainers. The spa offers several treatment options. there's an on-site restaurant with an extensive menu, i was happy with it! a club lounge provides complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day.
