The staff were friendly, i guess, and they got me an extra towel when i asked. It was acceptable.

I had a beautiful twin room and one of the beds was noticeably lumpy. I could feel the springs poking through the mattress and it made for a really uncomfortable night. i complained at the front desk but they didn't seem to care much, saying they'd 'look into it' but nothing was fixed . seriously disappointing given the cost of the room.

i found the front desk staff efficient during check-in, i received a welcome drink quickly. my room included a well-stocked mini-bar, i appreciated this convenience. the turndown service was thorough, it refreshed the room each evening.

the in-room coffee machine was a bit difficult to use, i had some trouble figuring it out initially.

My executive suite featured a separate sitting area with comfortable seating. The large windows offered city views. the king-sized bed included high-thread-count linens and a selection of pillows. the bathroom had marble finishes, a deep soaking tub, and premium toiletries.
