the receptionist helped me with parking directions upon arrival she even carried my luggage inside the hotel room was spacious and airy i especially liked that there was a bath. the location proved superb because everything i wanted to see was within easy walking distance breakfast offered varied and different options
the bar staff could have been more responsive better bed linen and pillows are needed in my room

The hotel has a prime location near the main attractions. Kilkenny Castle is a short walk away. The Medieval Mile Museum is also conveniently close. I appreciated the parking at the back of the hotel. A team member guided me to the parking area after a quick stop in front.

The staff offered a professional service from reception to departure. They catered to every need I had. Isobel in the bar was efficient and friendly. Her presence is a bonus for the hotel.

Breakfast included croissants, banana bread, and jam. I ordered waffles with a fried egg and bacon from the menu. The wait staff were attentive. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day

Our room had a beautiful castle view. The toiletries were luxurious. The bedroom and sitting area could be closed off from the bathroom by a glass door, it allowed privacy. The bathroom included a rainfall shower head.

the location was certainly convenient. i could easily walk to many sites from there. the staff responded quickly when i spilled a drink, replacing the bedspread fast. the breakfast had tasty food too, and i enjoyed it.
The water in the shower got hot. I couldn't adjust it. the noise disrupted my sleep, and it was disappointing.
