Wow, what a hotel, the beautiful double room had really nice furniture plus very comfortable beds. i also loved the housekeeping service. It happened multiple times daily which was great!

the room, a beautiful double or twin room, included a minibar with a selection of beverages. the bathroom provided bathrobes and slippers. i found this particularly convenient after a long day.
the in-room safe seemed a bit small.. it accommodated my laptop, though.

The room was not cleaned properly. I found some hairs on the carpet I found it disturbing. the staff did not respond fast. I requested a bottle of water. It arrived one hour later. It is not acceptable, and it made me mad.
