the room was spacious. breakfast included many choices. it was easy to reach the city center with public transport. the staff was polite, as expected..
i did have to wait to check in. the online check-in process was useless. i spent some time in the executive lounge, but it lacked variety. only one dish was available. it consisted entirely of meat.

Excellent Stay with River Views

The room was large and the beds provided restful sleep. I found the reception staff and main restaurant staff very helpful and polite. The river view was very pleasing, and the spa was well designed (a relaxing experience). Breakfast was comprehensive. I especially liked the fresh juice and gluten-free bread.

The room had a comfortable bed and a separate seating area , a great setup after a long day. the breakfast included fresh fruit and a selection of pastries . I found something i enjoyed each morning.

The room was spacious (i had a waterfront beautiful king room). The bed was comfortable. The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. The breakfast had many options available. I enjoyed it every day.
i was charged twice for the stay. the hotel never replied to my email about the issue.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options (especially the fresh juice bar!). There were smoothies, salads, various kinds of bread, and even gluten-free options. I also liked that it had a beautiful view of the danube.
