The staff was friendly and helpful! they arranged taxis quickly for me. i also appreciated the big bus tour booked directly through the hotel. the location was perfect, a short walk to underground stations and the opera house, it was convenient! the comfy beds and pillow menu ensured a restful sleep.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust at times. It took a while to get the room temperature right

my room was super clean and well-appointed, it offered both cleanliness and comfort! the room included extra touches like a courtesy umbrella. rooms have a bath in addition to a shower, which i found very useful!

excellent stay , very convenient location
helpful staffuseful pressheating issue
i stayed in a classic double room. the room offered a pants press which i found useful. the front desk staff was engaging and helpful. breakfast included a tea bar , and honeycomb was available with the jellies.
the heating did not work correctly. i had to ask for heating at reception. they control the heating centrally and only turn it on when requested. toothbrush was not provided in the room automatically.

The location was convenient with many options for public transport nearby. The breakfast buffet also had a good selection of items.
The bar's snack menu looked great, with burgers and fries listed. only soup was available, it was quite disappointing considering the full kitchen downstairs and the prices were too high for what was available.

Really good Stay Close to Everything

The location is excellent near Karlsplatz, hosting a lovely Advent Market. The Naschmarkt and Secession are very close. Public transport, including the U-Bahn and tram, is easily accessible. I took the U4 to Schönbrunn one day (it was very convenient). The staff members were uniformly friendly and helpful. They responded to me in German and my sister in English. The breakfast buffet offered fresh food and delicious options. The staff served an excellent range of coffee at the table.
The air conditioning was a little weak. It barely worked when temperatures were 30-34 degrees.

The staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions, it was convenient. i used the complimentary shoe shine service, it really made my leather boots look great. i seemed like a million bucks! breakfast included fresh pastries and a good selection of cheeses. i thought the variety of food was nice. It was an awesome spread.
The gym only had a few cardio machines. I had to wait a bit to use the treadmill.

i liked how close it was to the opera. the beds were really comfortable. it was also quiet at night. the staff parked my car in a garage. the piano bar was sweet. i made good memories there. the cookies i got when leaving made me happy too.
