the location is convenient i liked that a lot the staff were helpful too
the air conditioning did not work properly in my room it made the room very uncomfortable i also had to ask multiple times for towels they never seemed to have enough it was frustrating

The location proved ideal for exploration. I found the proximity to local attractions quite convenient and i could walk to many points of interest with ease.
The gym equipment felt a bit too crammed. I noticed the arrangement lacked the space needed for a comfortable workout, and the air conditioning was not very effective. The M Club was disappointing, with mediocre food.

Really good Hotel Experience

My room featured two closets, with several shelves, as well as drawers. I found more than enough hangers. That was a first for me. The M Lounge, on the 8th floor, offered a wonderful view. Breakfast included a substantial number of appetizers with complimentary wine and beer.
The air conditioner in my room made a tapping noise all night. This disrupted my sleep as I couldn't adjust the temperature.

The alarm clock went off at 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on the first morning, it woke me. I had not set it, so the room was not properly checked.

The location was convenient. it made exploring easy. breakfast had a great selection. I liked the fresh fruit and pastries.
The gym was a bit disappointing. it only had a few machines, and some were out of order. housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day. I had to call to request it.
