a romantic getaway

the service was really good from arrival to departure. genuinely friendly people worked there, especially in reception and the concierge service. the staff clearly enjoyed their work and cared about their guests. rooms were a very high standard and large.
i asked for two single duvets instead of one large one. i requested this in advance and in writing but received no response. the person who brought the small duvet did not understand my language. he put the small duvet rumpled on the large one and left.

the hotel provided a huge selection of food all day long, with an open bar. the club level offered a beautiful design and ambience. it also included thoughtful amenities and offerings.

i found an À la carte menu for breakfast, offering varied choices. the staff delivered really good service. this hotel's food offerings were lovely to the point where we did not consider dining anywhere else.

The club level staff greeted me warmly. laura rappold and paloma settino were especially attentive! the club lounge itself offered beautiful design and thoughtful amenities. i found the food lovely. I did not even consider dining elsewhere.

i found the staff very friendly! and always willing to help. the location is also good. the breakfast had variety and was delicious. i loved the clean, comfortable beds.
i think the gym equipment could be improved. there were a couple of machines out of order. it was a minor inconvenience, but it would be great to see those fixed soon.
