acceptable locationinconsistent serviceworn condition
the location of the hotel was acceptable.
I found the service inconsistent and disappointing. i was also placed in a beautiful city view room and it was smaller than expected. the room's condition seemed worn. It definitely needs updating.

The room was very clean, and i found fresh towels daily. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the gym had 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. I used it every day.
the tv remote needed new batteries, so i had to call for assistance.
