amazing stay, i felt so welcomed!

This was my best trip to turkey so far! the food changed every day. Lunch and dinner were different, and they even had special food nights! everything felt fresh, from the salad to the meats, so it was hard not to eat a lot. the staff were always helpful, and i never felt uncomfortable talking to anyone. i tipped a lot, but i never seemed like the staff were asking for it!
The lighting in the bedroom wasn't great. Some of the lights did not work, and the bed moved a little!

The gym has modern equipment including treadmills. the pool area is beautiful. It faces the sea. i enjoyed the many snacks and the availability of refreshing beverages at the pool bar throughout the day.

the guest reception services are very friendly. the staff is proactive. they made sure everything was okay. the reception staff is courteous. Ali was also very helpful. i appreciated their assistance with any questions i had.

I loved the excellent choice of food for dinner. they had fish. they also offered grilled chicken on a daily basis. the salads were exquisite. The hotel ensured there was a diverse selection. i sampled a variety of fruits and vegetables.

Acceptable stay with some issues.

The room cleaning was definitely subpar. I found hair and dirt all over the place. The shower stall was especially unpleasant. the mini bar restock guy always seemed to knock way too early. He pounded like it was an emergency even with the do-not-disturb sign up. He even tried to get in!

we found true bliss . the staff greeted us with such warmth. we arrived quite early and were so pleased that they facilitated an early check-in (it made our day). the hotel itself has amazing views, i loved them. the hotel offers great facilities and rooms that provide comfort at a reasonable price.
i encountered a minor inconvenience with housekeeping. the room servicing wasn't always perfectly consistent . i would have preferred a more regular schedule.

the reception staff are kind and accommodating, they arranged an early check-in. the house keeping staff on the 8th floor showed great attention to detail. i really appreciated their warm hospitality and friendly service.

the lounge was comfy with decent size rooms. i found many amenities IN the rooms. The pool area looked great and swimming in the sea felt AMAZING. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food.
the customer service was letting it down, and it didn't felt as A five star hotel.
