I found the on-site water slides particularly enjoyable. The kids areas were very well-kept and looked safe. The night shows had excellent production values. The resort grounds were beautiful and clean. I saw staff maintaining them daily.

The hotel staff was attentive. Ms. Nihal helped me a lot. The bars offered shows and the hotel area included the spa. I enjoyed a sports massage. It was one of the best I ever had in Turkey.
The power went out at night. Room doors unlocked during the outage. The hotel remained dark and it.

the main restaurant was acceptable with an very nice variety of delicious food and desserts at every meal.
my room was not up to par. the air conditioning did not work properly, and it was impossible to adjust the temperature. this made sleeping very difficult as the room was either too hot or too cold.
