The location was great. the beach access was super convenient. I loved that. the food was also good. there was a lot of variety.
the air conditioning leaked on our clothes. this happened the first day. i also found a cockroach in the bed one night. it was crawling on my kids.

AMAZING Family Holiday!

The staff was kind and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile. The grilled food was delicious, and the omelets at breakfast were a HUGE hit with the kids. Pancakes were also very tasty, perfect for starting the day.
The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as we sometimes had to request extra amenities.

Our room included two separate spaces, great for our family, and a usable balcony. The rooms feature comfortable beds and ample storage. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and linens daily, always keeping the space neat.

The guest relations team was helpful. They ensured everything was addressed.
The room's air conditioning was not very cold. The staff came to repair it but did not clean up the mess. The air conditioning remained not cold.

I found a good choice of meals. The spa was also quite nice.
the sauna, steam room, and indoor area should be relaxing, but they were not. guests screamed and little children were in the steam room. some of the wood was loose, and though i told a staff member, it was not fixed even a month later. staff did not say anything to guests who were misbehaving.

an adequate stay, but some issues
good accessbad service
the access to the beach was good because there was a tunnel. it meant crossing the road was safe.
it made moving around difficult! the housekeeping service was also not very good. i found the food to lack variety and flavor.

The location worked. It was close to various attractions.
the room? well, the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine all night. i swear the bathroom never got cleaned properly. the food at the buffet also tasted kinda bland and uninspired, you know?
