fantastic family getaway!
attentive staff sauna access tasty options separate bedroom
the restaurant staff were attentive always ensuring drinks were promptly served i especially appreciated the quick sauna access for just 10 euros per person the food buffet offered tasty options perfect for the all inclusive deal the air conditioning in the family room worked very well. the evening entertainment was dope with dance shows and bingo providing fun for everyone the family room was spacious with a separate bedroom for added privacy.
i noticed a slight lack of fresh fruit variety at breakfast mostly tinned or syruped options were available.

breakfast offered many tasty food options i could choose from a large selection. the dinner buffet included different themes each night and gave sufficient choice. i found the food to be flavorful and nicely presented.

the hotel is close to a mall this made shopping very convenient. the beach is not far from the hotel offering easy access. several archeological sites are within a 15-20 minute walk of the hotel.

the staff was very cute on arrival and spoke several european languages. the reception staff was helpful offering information about local attractions. the cleaning staff kept the room clean throughout my entire stay.

the hotel features big pools with nice water slides perfect for kids. there is a yard outside the room where children can play freely. the air conditioning in my room worked well and kept the space cool.

a very average experience
small double bed limited choice
the location is quite practical with a supermarket right next door. it came in handy for some necessities.
My family room was not ideal. Two adults had to share a small double bed. i requested twin beds. There was no availability. the all-inclusive buffet was also subpar. If i didn't want the themed cuisine, i found little alternative choice.

Fantastic Family Fun!
varied food friendly staff dedicated staff
The hotel has several pools and a great kids pool. My children loved it! The all-inclusive food presented lots of choice, and each night featured different cuisines. Most staff members are friendly and always eager to help, I noticed that the entertainment staff is dedicated.
I noticed that soundproofing could be improved, especially during the evenings.

There is a very big shopping mall nearby! I walked to a very nice beach from the hotel, it was very easy. Archaeological sites are about a ten-minute walk away. I appreciated the convenience.

Rooms are spacious and clean. I was happy to see this. Meals are great with an excellent choice of food and drinks. I really enjoyed it! The staff is polite and always smiling.

The staff was kind. This meant so much to my family. They took us to our table and asked what we wanted to drink for dinner. In the evening at the bar, they brought us drinks. This surprised me!
