I stayed for a short trip and found the staff to be very friendly. the all-inclusive options included very good food and drinks. i also appreciated having lunch after checking out. That was unexpected. the welcome food and drinks upon arrival were a lovely surprise.

I was disappointed that the room did not match the photos online. There was a permanent strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. there was a humidity issue in the room, made the stay uncomfortable

My room was a Standard Double Room and it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful . I really appreciated the variety of food options available.

The gym was a bit small and lacked some equipment I wanted to use. The noise level at night was quite high making it hard to sleep. The beach was a bit rocky and not very comfortable for walking.
