lovely stay!

quality food lovely staff great entertainment beautiful beaches
This resort is fantastic! i really enjoyed having such good quality food and drinks. I indulged! the staff were all wonderful. They were always there to make sure my needs were met. nightly entertainment was high energy. the nearby beaches and promenade added to the fun.
I wish the pool was heated. It was a bit too cold for my liking.

the staff demonstrated polite and efficient service. i noticed waiters and waitresses remembered orders and handled tasks well. staff ensured every need was catered to quickly and efficiently, every time.

I loved the food choices. They were really excellent and diverse. the variety of dishes available met every taste. the snack times outside offered delicious treats all afternoon, it was super.

the room provided a comfortable space. i found the mini bar fully stocked daily and the room was always clean. i enjoyed the provided amenities and found the space functional and well kept

short hours black mold
The gym hours were too short. I was told they needed time for deep cleaning daily. i saw black mold on the wall though. Warped wooden skirting boards, dirt in the pool grip tiles, and an awful smell permeated the sauna area, which proves the opposite. also, the spa receptionist seemed reluctant. They stated they are not part of the hotel.
