i found the attention to detail really good! the service quality was great throughout my stay. the location suited my needs perfectly. the staff was helpful and really went the extra mile to assist me whenever i needed something. bilal was especially helpful during my check-out process. this made my departure smooth and stress-free.
the only minor issue i experienced was a slight delay in getting extra towels one evening.

this hotel had so many special touches. we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. the staff were very kind. the hotel garden makes it even more special. the location is great. i felt so well looked after.
i noticed some inconsistencies . the patio hadn't been cleaned recently. the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom, it was quite inconvenient. i hope they address these minor issues to maintain their high standards.

I loved the warm welcome i received from the hotel staff. Every employee greeted me with a smile! the concierge helped me secure train tickets even when trains were fully booked! billel, the doorman, was amazing, so helpful with directions and suggestions. the room was great and had every amenity i could need.
The ev chargers were not complimentary. That was unexpected. i felt that charging should have been included.

The spa area includes a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, and a wet sauna. The gym features modern equipment. there is also a massage parlor available for relaxation. live piano music accompanies guests during breakfast and evening lounge.

The room had many lights and felt warm. The design was elegant. the executive suite offered great space and comfortable furnishings, it had lots of details. the room service was quick, helpful, and meticulous, really addressing every need.

The breakfast was classic european and offered many choices, including made-to-order eggs. dining on the terrace was awesome. I enjoyed watching the peacocks stroll by. fresh fruits and candies were provided daily, that was such a nice touch!
