the front desk staff upgraded my room for free, such a treat! breakfast was also delicious and had many options. i found the location perfect for visiting family living nearby and free parking made it simple. the rooms were clean and cozy!
the room was a little too warm at night, even with the radiator turned down.

The front desk lady was lovely and offered an upgrade when i joined the membership program. This added great value to my stay. a female member of staff in the bar was very attentive during the evening meal.

The room was spacious and clean. It was really perfect for a relaxing night away. the bed was large and very comfortable! i also appreciated the fridge in the room, very practical for storing drinks and snacks.

the breakfast buffet was amazing and had quality food for all breakfast types. there were pastries, cereals, hot items, and fresh fruit. the food was AMAZING!!! i also enjoyed a tasty meal at the bar.

The hotel has EV charging points and that's a great plus for electric car owners like me. My room was quite clean and I noticed it was in good condition upon arrival. Breakfast offered a good selection and the staff removed used dishes quickly.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can make them uncomfortable, even when the outside temperature is freezing.

The Standard King Room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There was a fan available (useful during warm days) and the bathroom fixtures were clean.

The breakfast service included three staff members. Tilda, Molly, and Lucy worked together to bring drinks and explain what breakfast options were available. I felt their teamwork was very excellent.

The hotel staff provided helpful assistance. The hot shower was good. Free parking spaces were available directly at the hotel. It was really convenient.
The spa was noisy, I could hear loud movements of people on the next floor. The swimming area was small and dirty, needing repair. Many room service trays were left unattended for hours outside peoples room.
