The breakfast buffet featured many choices like sausage and fruit. Staff provided £1 coins for spa locker use. The grounds provided a quiet space near the lake for birdwatching.
The hotel soup included very spicy tomato. THE bread provided alongside was inedible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Our room was very clean and very comfortable for our stay. I liked the large free car park at the site. The bar and restaurant staff were especially helpful with all our dietary needs. The first night we enjoyed the bar meal. Breakfast included ample choice of cereals, fruits and hot food.
I found the bath lacked a non-slip area that I needed. My bathroom cold water also looked to have sediment.

The breakfast offered many choices and was excellent. The room was very clean. The bed was large, as requested, and the shower was powerful. I enjoyed really good views while having a quiet pint in the evening before taking a taxi into town. The reception staff were friendly. They helped with everything and ordered a taxi for me.
The fridge in my room was not working. the safe did not work. The complimentary tea and coffee were not refilled.

the grounds looked tidy. cameron and alex professionally served at the bar. lucy looked after me at dinner in the busy restaurant, the food was good. marta, hafida, and djardel took care of me during breakfast, where i could make pancakes.
i asked for a room with a bath and shower before arriving. i was given a room with only a shower. i was then allocated a suite, but the bath took twenty minutes to fill because of a defective tap.
