missing tilesstraight ladders

the spa did not meet expectations. its supposed to be relaxing but children were running around constantly. i could not use the steam room as much because of this. also, i noticed tiles were missing in some of the spa rooms. hopefully they address this quickly. the pool had only straight drop ladders. i think people with mobility issues may struggle here.
