fantastic stay!
fine grounds marble walls comfortable bed
The grounds were fine. I would book again. I appreciated the wonderful marble walls and amazing staff when I arrived. The rooms have a touch of elegance and were spacious. The beds are comfortable and HUGE.
i was disappointed there were no bath robes and the room lacked air conditioning.

The Redmond restaurant offered delicious food with a beautiful red wine selection. Our waiter helped choose it. Breakfast included lovely, fresh options. It was nice to sit with guests away from others.

The reception team was warm and cute, always offering help. The staff worked hard on our big day. They made everything straightforward. Charlie behind the bar worked hard. It was noticed.

the room was immaculate with a comfortable bed. i saw clean towels and toiletries available every day. breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items i must say.
the gym equipment looked a little bit outdated.

warm room missing communication
The gym was well-equipped. It included various machines.
the room was a bit too warm. i found out at checkout that i could have used a fan (it was in the wardrobe). no one mentioned this upon arrival, frustrating. i believe better communication could solve this.

average buffet dated room
The breakfast ingredients, well, they weren't exactly thrilling. it seemed like the same buffet spread you find anywhere. I expected more from a place like this, but it was just average. also, i'm not a fan of automatic service charges on the bill, it should be up to the customer to decide on a tip. i'd also say the rooms were not amazing at all, a bit worn and dated.

Acceptable Stay, Rooms Need Improvement
wonderful meal great wine kind concierge missing handwash poor cleaning separate building
I enjoyed two really wonderful meals in The Vines restaurant. Sincere thanks go to Farid and Lulian for taking care of me. The food was expertly prepared, and I especially appreciated the wine recommendations. The hotel concierge greeted me outside and very kindly helped with my baggage. The car was also parked, and this was an unexpected bonus.
I booked a double room. There was no hand wash available, and the room wasn't cleaned up properly, I felt. The room reminded me of I was at a Travelodge. The room was outside the main building in a separate building called the courtyard.

lovely grounds gentle strolls kind staff dated rooms poor insulation missed request
I found the grounds so very lovely. there were many places for gentle strolls. It was a true balm for the soul. the staff was kind. they were well-mannered and attentive. It was such a delight to encounter such consideration.
The rooms felt a little dated. i noticed some noise. Sound insulation seemed inadequate, and this affected my rest. the breakfast service faltered at times. i requested tea repeatedly but was missed. It was a bit frustrating.

excellent food good golf cold pool lukewarm hot tubs
my friend and i went for a golf trip. the golf was good, and the food was just excellent! the facilities were brill, i cannot wait to go back.
i have to state how amazing the staff were at the spa. the hot tubs were overcrowded though, and also felt lukewarm? the outdoor pool was cold, and i was like i was shivering within seconds.
