i found the staff amazing. the room was clean and quiet. the memorial garden was particularly lovely. breakfast was also very enjoyable!!!

the breakfast included a wide variety of cereals and pastries. dinner offered an amazing menu suitable for every palate. the room was really good with large windows that let in lots of light.
i tried calling to book the spa, but i could not get through. i left messages and eventually booked upon arrival. my preferred appointment time was unavailable.

every staff member i encountered was professional and courteous. their friendly attitude. this included receptionists, chambermaids, cleaners, and restaurant and bar staff.

the spa featured calm lighting and a huge, warm pool. a lovely steam room was also available. sun loungers allowed for chilling out and each visit provided a fluffy clean towel and robe.

Using public transport required a few changes, but the venue was still easily accessible. The staff showed professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay. My accommodation was immaculate and spacious. Both dinner and breakfast were of excellent quality and catered to specific dietary needs. I visited the Ironbridge, and I used the swimming pool plus the spa facilities.

The room was cleaned daily, with condiments replaced as needed. It featured air conditioning, which allowed me to maintain a comfortable temperature for sleeping. The bed provided great comfort.

The bar staff was friendly. Cathy at breakfast was helpful. The meals were lovely. The staff knew about my preference for poached eggs at breakfast. This meant I did not need to ask anymore.
