I found the rooms to be a good size. I also appreciated air conditioning was available. every room i stayed in included both a shower and a bath. the breakfast buffet had many choices that tasted really good.

the hotel seems slightly outdated, and the first room i received felt very cold

the reception area had such a lovely smell. the check in lady. my room was fabulous! i thought the pool area was really nice. i really enjoyed my whole stay!

the chips i ordered in the bar felt quite hard inside. it was not the best experience eating them. i hope this improves next time.

The hotel looked very cute. gym facilities are great, and i had a fabulous morning swim! breakfast was excellent. It had a great choice of cooked items and continental options.

the corridor was littered with bottles and dirty trays from room service and housekeeping when i arrived at 4 pm. this was still there when i left for dinner at 7 pm. it gave a really poor impression.

special mention goes to sianleigh, she welcomed us and booked us all in, her customer service skills were excellent. staff were friendly and helpful when approached, a very nice experience. coco on reception was especially lovely

The restaurant had some really high-quality food, which i hadn't really expected from a chain hotel. That was a nice surprise. the fried bread on the breakfast buffet is a game changer, and the breakfast choice was extensive. dinner was excellent.
