the castle and its surroundings created a unique experience. the staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism throughout my stay. the location offered a quiet, rural environment.

the suite was roomy and i found plenty of hot water. breakfast offered fresh produce. the staff was attentive . the location felt very quiet and forested, set well back from the road.

The castle building impressed me with its exterior walls. I observed that the staff members were cute and helpful. They provided assistance whenever needed. The location proved fantastic.
I noticed very thin walls between rooms. This impacted my privacy negatively. The cooked breakfast lacked warmth. The porridge wasn't cooked thoroughly, diminishing the dining experience.

quiet location attentive staff delicious breakfast
The location was quiet. The surrounding forest provided a peaceful atmosphere, a welcome change from city noise. Staff members were attentive to my needs. Breakfast offered a delicious start to the day, I particularly enjoyed the homemade hash browns.

I stayed in the beautiful double room. It included a large, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Plenty of hot water was available. I also enjoyed the deep soaking tub for a relaxing bath after a long day.

a mixed experience at the castle
slow service uninterested staff
The service in the brasserie was quite poor. Slow and the staff seemed uninterested. the bar service was slow as well. i ordered two cocktails, the barman consulted instructions on the wall and asked someone how to make them. given the cost of £24, staff should know the menu, though. Adding a 10% service charge felt excessive!
