the staff was very friendly, and. breakfast was tasty!!! the swimming pool was a great addition, and i enjoyed the overall cosy, christmassy feel. i was grateful to experience such a wonderful christmas stay.
the room was only cleaned every three days, resulting in no fresh towels or bedding change .

the gym was excellent and had various classes available. the pool facilities were also quite nice, with a relaxing environment for all guests. i found the breakfast selection great (i especially liked the pastries). the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
i noticed the room had limited natural light. (it did not really bother me, but i can see how others might find it less desirable).

The hotel website did not say swim facilities are shared with swimming lessons. I was hoping for a relaxing time in the pool but it was full of toddler squeals. It left me disappointed.

I loved the golf course. it was right next door and so convenient. the hotel itself felt very well maintained. It had a really good vibe. the breakfast buffet was also a treat. I loved all the choices available.
i found the ventilation in the gym wasn't ideal, it got quite warm even with the windows open.

the staff were very good at check-in and check-out. the hotel shows good attention to detail in its manicured appearance. i found the gym, fitness classes, pool, and golf to be available for both residents and non-residents. you must book the classes though.
the free internet was not very good. joining was quite buggy, and the connection was laggy. as a business traveler, it is important that i can use ms teams. mobile reception is difficult at the location, so available internet is important.

Honestly, the 'spa' was more like a slightly damp room with a jacuzzi. i expected a bit more pampering for the price, but i guess i set my expectations too high. also, the 'free wifi' was about as reliable as a politician's promise. It kept cutting out and was painfully slow. i ended up using my data most of the time, which really defeats the purpose, doesn't it? not ideal when you're trying to stream cat videos or check your emails.

i found the staff very approachable and helpful. the public areas provided superb seating and spaciousness. the cleanliness was excellent, i really liked how the safety chain on the bedroom door added a little extra security.
the lack of available loungers around the pool was a bit disappointing, it would encourage guests to stay longer.

all staff members were polite and very helpful. the reception staff froze our cool blocks for us, that i really appreciated. there were not many greetings when we arrived and left, but that was a tiny detail.
