my room had good quality bed linen. thick fluffy towels were also provided. the staff were friendly and cute. a relaxing massage at the spa area helped my stay.
the food service was slow and the restaurant felt overpriced. i found the quality didn't match the cost. a service charge added without asking didn't help.

the room included a king size bed. robes and slippers were available in the wardrobe. a spa bath was also a feature. the tv didn't work, and the fridge made noise.

crowded pool
the pool area? it was SO crowded, mostly with families and kids. I wanted to swim laps but settled for wading. the building itself felt a bit dated. it's a minor inconvenience, but still noteworthy.
