The location was excellent. It was close to the town centre and castle. The room was clean daily. The staff at the restaurant and bar were kind! Beds were comfortable, and plenty of pillows were available.
The room was quite cold upon arrival! We had to hire robes and slippers for £15. The window was draughty because it was inches from parked cars, so curtains were shut at all times.

They addressed all my needs with efficiency. the hotel's architecture possesses a unique charm. It really sets the place apart.
The bathroom lacked a hand shower. This made bathing somewhat inconvenient. the method of connecting the shower was rather unfriendly.

the sink hot tap seemed difficult to use. the bath was quite narrow. one bath towel was missing, and the towels were not changed throughout my stay, which i found inconvenient.
