historic building with issues
dirty shower headbedroom cobwebs
the room was quite disappointing. there were hairs in the bathtub , and the shower head looked like it had not been cleaned properly. i also noticed cobwebs on the bedroom light. i really did expect better cleanliness standards.

i appreciated the spacious, super clean room with comfortable beds. the live music in the lounge and the delicious three-course meal during the party night were highlights. the staff demonstrated really good service and were always ready to help, exceeding expectations. i am grateful for an awesome experience.
i noticed welsh water was offered in the rooms , instead of scottish water.

the architecture of the hotel is amazing! i appreciated the building's rich history. the gardens were beautifully maintained. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.
i found the service to be slightly disorganized upon arrival, though the staff were friendly.
