the hydro spa steam room is very small. i found only six relaxing beds and two stools there. you may need to wait to get a seat after using the hot steam room.. that was disappointing. i also emailed the hotel with my concerns, but i got no response from them. VERY frustrating.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. my city view room did not disappoint. the beds are comfortable, and we had the residents bar all to ourselves.
The phone in our room did not work. I had to use my own phone to contact reception. i also noticed an led mirror in the bathroom was not working.

the bar offered live music. the gym had modern equipment. it had several treadmills and weights. i easily maintained my exercise routine .
it occasionally added a few minutes to travel times.
