small steam roomemail silence
the hydro spa steam room is very small. i found only six relaxing beds and two stools there. you may need to wait to get a seat after using the hot steam room.. that was disappointing. i also emailed the hotel with my concerns, but i got no response from them. VERY frustrating.

superb hotel stay

I found the location very accessible to many amenities. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They were always available to assist with requests. the menu selection at the bar was great and the quality of the food was excellent

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. my city view room did not disappoint. the beds are comfortable, and we had the residents bar all to ourselves.
The phone in our room did not work. I had to use my own phone to contact reception. i also noticed an led mirror in the bathroom was not working.

parking was convenient and very welcome. the spa was very relaxing, professional and clean. the hotel itself is beautiful. i especially loved the drawing room.

the staff, from reception to sales to restaurant and bar, are all friendly and knowledgeable. emma at reception was fantastic. all staff in the hotel were very accommodating.

the bar offered live music. the gym had modern equipment. it had several treadmills and weights. i easily maintained my exercise routine .
it occasionally added a few minutes to travel times.
