the apartment included everything needed , even a sauna. the view from the room was peaceful. i especially liked that watersport was available opposite the site entrance.
the carpet in our apartment was a bit grubby in places , showing spills that had not been cleaned.

the hotel grounds present fine views over loch ard. the cured lawn and garden provided a refreshing and soothing atmosphere.
i tried to get a bottle of wine after midnight for my room the bar staff had already left and the night porter was busy with an audit.

Decent stay, some issues observed
stale pastriesfaulty remote
the breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing the pastries tasted stale. the gym equipment was dated and a treadmill was out of service. the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear noise from the room next door. the television remote in my room didn't work properly it needed new batteries. i reported the remote issue it wasn't addressed

The location is lovely, and the grounds are lovely. Breakfast included a varied and tasty selection of items. The pool provided a GREAT swimming experience. It was a PERFECT family getaway.
The room was very warm. I could not open the window due to a security system. It made for an uncomfortable night.
