the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, i must admit.
The walls were paper thin, i could hear every word from the adjacent rooms. It seemed like i was sharing a room with the whole floor, a intimate experience. A little soundproofing would go a long way, i think.

I had such a relaxing few days there. The staff were genuinely so helpful. my room had a great view across the valley. the breakfast had everything i could ask for. everything was easy, and i had such a great time using the pool. It was bliss
The safe in my room was too small. it could not store ipads, and certainly not macbooks. also, there was too little storage space generally. I would have liked coat hooks in the bathroom.

the breakfast staff was great. i had a lower ground floor room for two nights. it was a newer annex to the main hotel and i liked that. The room was spacious and warm, which i appreciated.
our shower pressure was not good, and the water flow suffered. the shower drain blocked one morning, and i flooded the bathroom. I ordered a burger, but the fries was cold and bun was dry.

The hotel offered various activities, including alpacas and games rooms, great for families. the pool area provided a relaxing experience, though it was quite busy with families (it was half-term). i found the staff to be particularly friendly. Their cute attitude enhanced the overall stay. the hotel's setting offered beautiful views, contributing to a nice experience.
The exterior of the hotel looked a bit tired. A fresh coat of paint could improve the first impression.

i really liked the spacious bathroom, it included two sinks. the room had good lighting and a modern tv. the grounds are well-kept. the hotel offers a good atmosphere with many activities.
the hotel is a bit aged in some areas and a refresher would make it very nice, i observed peeling paint.

the reception staff were friendly, they provided helpful information upon arrival. the waiting staff were attentive and efficient in the dining areas. i found the team to be very professional and quick.
