The room was a Superior Twin Room. It featured comfortable beds. AMAZING food was available, but service ended relatively early at 8:30 pm.
I noticed that the dining seats had covers that didn't stay in place.

totally awesome stay!
friendly staff beautiful grounds
the staff were so friendly, i loved that! the room was super clean and spacious, a major plus after traveling. the location was convenient, especially because i was driving, and the grounds were beautiful!!! the bed was very comfortable too. i had a fantastic night's sleep.
The breakfast hot food wasn't hot enough for me, and i had to ask for it to be heated up!!! there wasn't any milk available and the coffee machine wasn't working properly. Plus tables weren't cleaned.

clean linens friendly staff powerful shower
the staff were friendly and the pool provided a nice space for an evening swim. i found the white linens to be clean and fresh. the shower had good power, which i consider a plus after a long day.
i noticed the restaurant chair covers looked quite shabby.

bleach smell erratic shower
the room reeked of bleach it wasn't a pleasant smell at all the shower temperature was erratic too switching from hot to cold without warning it made showering quite annoying also the parking fee felt excessive considering the hotel's location i had to pay extra for a space. the breakfast area was understaffed tables were left uncleared and finding cutlery was a challenge i waited far too long for someone to take my order. this lack of attention to detail really impacted my stay

comfortable bed heated pool rubbery eggs staff attention
The room was clean, and I found the bed very comfortable. The hotel looked to have been updated and refurbished recently. I also appreciated the spacious car park. The facilities were fantastic and included a heated indoor pool.
The staff did not pay great attention to detail. I was not offered a drink in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was not fresh tasting. The fried eggs were rubbery as they sat for a long time. More friendly interactions would have been nice.

maintained grounds hotel gym great size plentiful parking
The grounds were beautifully maintained. I found the hotel gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool was a great size for a swim (i enjoyed it!). The hotel had plentiful parking spaces available .
During my stay i found limited tv channel options in the room.
